The UV protection factor (UPF – Ultraviolet Protection Factor) of a fabric, states how long someone being under a UV protective textile can stay under the sun without suffering skin damage.
The UPF in shading textiles range from grade 20 to grade 80 and it can be reliably measured according to UV Standard 801 norm, by specialized institutes.

Teflon™ fabric protection technology creates an anti-static protective surface that prevents dust, tobacco from being deposited so that it can be removed even with rain water. Removing stains is even easier and effective with a soft damp cloth and soap.
